We have found that teaching people how to move better in everyday activities goes so much further than handing them a sheet of corrective exercises.  Movement is similar to the English language.   If you understand a few basic letters you can create a vocabulary of over a million words.  Movement is no different.  Understand the basics and you can accomplish incredible things.  The problem is nobody is teaching the principals of good movement and much of the current trends in the fitness industry do not address what healthy movement is.
